Meet Stacy Green

Education Has Always Been at the Heart of What I Do.
Before Mustard Seed Wellness, I was an educator.
Today, I still teach— just in a different way.
My background in science education taught me something important: complicated information becomes far less intimidating when someone takes the time to explain it.
That philosophy is at the heart of Mustard Seed Wellness.
Over the years, my interest in nutrition and wellness led me to continue learning and expanding my education. Eventually, that journey became an opportunity to help others better understand wellness information and the choices available to them.
Today, I work with people who want to take a more active and informed role in their own well-being.
I don’t diagnose disease or provide medical treatment.
I educate.
I take complicated wellness information and help make it understandable so you can make informed decisions for yourself and have more productive conversations with your healthcare providers
Why a mustard seed?
Because meaningful change doesn’t always begin with something big.
Mustard Seed Wellness is rooted in Matthew 17:20:
“If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you.”
Faith is not simply part of the business name. It is part of the foundation on which I built this business.
I believe our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made. I believe caring for ourselves is an act of stewardship. And I believe we can approach wellness with curiosity and wisdom rather than fear.
Sometimes moving forward begins with one question.
One conversation.
One small step.
One mustard seed.
You won't be rushed through the door.
There's room here to ask questions.
Many people come to me after spending months—or even years—trying to understand conflicting wellness information.
My job isn’t to tell you what diagnosis you have or make medical decisions for you.
My job is to listen, educate, explain wellness information in understandable language, and help you explore questions you may want to discuss with your licensed healthcare provider.
You remain in control of your decisions.
Education Before Overwhelm.
Understand more. Ask better questions. Make informed choices.
At Mustard Seed Wellness, I may use educational resources, wellness technologies, nutrition information, and lifestyle discussions as part of the educational process.
But tools are simply tools.
The most important part of our work together is helping you better understand the information in front of you.
You should leave our conversations knowing more than when you arrived
